Tzatziki
Tzatziki is a cucumber, garlic, and yogurt spread that adds a little kick to any gathering or meal. The garlic flavor mixed with a cool, tangy taste of cucumber makes a great addition to any food. Added it to pita bread and make it a sandwich. Or make it a dip and serve it with sides such as carrots, celery, or feta. This spread goes great with feta, any type of meat and any type of bread.

Taztaziki Recipe

Yields: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 tub (17.5 ounces) plain Greek yougurt
- 2 cucumbers, medium
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Peel skin and remove seeds from cucumbers. Cut into one inch cubes
- Place cucumbers and peeled garlic into a food processor until minced
- Strain all juices from the cucumber and garlic mix, using a food strainer
- Fold mixture into Greek yogurt. Refrigerate for two hours
